Breakfast Bowl with Fried Egg and Baked Sweet Potato

Ingredients

  • 1 egg
  • ghee
  • 1/2 avocado
  • everything but the bagel seasoning
  • strawberries
  • blackberries
  • 1 sweet potato

Preparation

  1. Bake the sweet potato at 400°F for 45 minutes, then turn off the oven and leave it in for another 45 minutes.

  2. Fry one egg in ghee.

  3. Slice the avocado and season it with everything but the bagel seasoning.

  4. Assemble the bowl with the baked sweet potato, fried egg, seasoned avocado, strawberries, and blackberries.
