Easy Tofu Bowl with Sticky Sauce
Ingredients
- Brown rice
- Tricolour quinoa
- Sweetcorn
- Pak choi
- Tofu
Sauce
- 2 tbsp chili ketchup
- 1 tbsp tamari
- 1 tbsp agave
- 1/2 tsp garlic paste
- 1/2 tsp ginger paste
Preparation
Steam the pak choi until tender.
Cook brown rice and tricolour quinoa according to package instructions
Prepare the sauce by mixing chili ketchup, tamari, agave, garlic paste, and ginger paste
Fry the tofu until golden and sticky with the sauce.
Cook sweetcorn as desired, if not pre-cooked
Assemble all components in a bowl
