Oat Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 1 spotty banana mashed
  • 1tbsp flax meal
  • 1 cup plant milk
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • Splash of good vanilla
  • 1/2 cup ragi
  • 1/4 cup oat flour
  • 1/4 cup wholewheat flour
  • 1 tbsp coconut sugar (optional)

Preparation

  1. Mix wet ingredients into dry ingredients make a batter adjust the consistency by adding or reserving milk

  2. Make pancakes using coconut oil
