Oat Pancakes
Ingredients
- 1 spotty banana mashed
- 1tbsp flax meal
- 1 cup plant milk
- 1 tsp baking powder
- Splash of good vanilla
- 1/2 cup ragi
- 1/4 cup oat flour
- 1/4 cup wholewheat flour
- 1 tbsp coconut sugar (optional)
Preparation
Mix wet ingredients into dry ingredients make a batter adjust the consistency by adding or reserving milk
Make pancakes using coconut oil
