Strawberry Smoothie with Chia Pudding Breakfast
Ingredients
Chia pudding
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 1/2 cup coconut milk (canned full fat)
- 2 tbsp plant milk
- 1/2 tbsp maple + vanilla extract
Thick smoothie
- 2 frozen bananas
- 1 cup fresh raspberries
- 1 scoop vanilla strawberry protein
Preparation
Mix the chia pudding ingredients in a bowl and set aside to let sit for at least 20 minutes while preparing the rest.
Blend the thick smoothie ingredients in a high-speed blender or food processor until smooth.
