Strawberry Smoothie with Chia Pudding Breakfast

Ingredients

Chia pudding

  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk (canned full fat)
  • 2 tbsp plant milk
  • 1/2 tbsp maple + vanilla extract

Thick smoothie

  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries
  • 1 scoop vanilla strawberry protein

Preparation

  1. Mix the chia pudding ingredients in a bowl and set aside to let sit for at least 20 minutes while preparing the rest.

  2. Blend the thick smoothie ingredients in a high-speed blender or food processor until smooth.
