Toasted Coconut Ladoos (Coconut Bliss Balls)
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups toasted shredded coconut
- 1 cup almond powder
- 1/2 tsp cardamom powder
- 1/2 cup jaggery powder
- 2 tbsp coconut condensed milk (or substitute with coconut cream or coconut oil)
- 2 tbsp crushed almonds
- 2 tbsp milk (optional, only if needed for consistency)
Preparation
In a bowl, combine the toasted shredded coconut, almond powder, cardamom powder, jaggery powder, and crushed almonds.
Add the coconut condensed milk (or substitute) to the mixture. Mix well until the ingredients come together and form a sticky dough. If the mixture is too dry, add milk a little at a time until desired consistency is achieved.
Take small portions of the mixture and shape them into round balls or ladoos.
Place the coconut bliss balls in an airtight container and store them for weeks. They can be enjoyed for a long time, but they are so delicious that they may not last more than two days!
