Chocolate Almond Fudge
Ingredients
For the Base
- 1/2 cup Coconut Condensed Milk (@naturescharm_au)
- 200g Dark Chocolate
- 1/4 cup Nut Butter
- Chopped Almonds
For the Caramel
- 1/2 cup Nut Butter
- 2 tbsp Coconut Oil
- 2 tbsp Maple Syrup
Preparation
Melt together the condensed milk, dark chocolate, and nut butter. Stir until combined and smooth. Stir in the chopped almonds.
Pour the mixture into a lined tin and set it aside in the freezer to set.
Make the caramel by melting together the nut butter, coconut oil, and maple syrup.
Pour the caramel over the fudge base, sprinkling any desired toppings, and leave it in the fridge to set.
Store the fudge in the fridge for up to a week. It can also be frozen and left in the fridge to soften before eating.
