Amazingly Vibrant Beetroot Ginger and Blueberry Smoothies
Ingredients
- 2 small bananas
- 1/3 avocado
- 1 small beetroot
- A good inch of ginger
- 1/3 cup of frozen blueberries
- 2 heaped tbsp of pumpkin seed & chia protein powder
- Juice of 1/2 a lime
- 1 & 1/2 cups of plant based milk
Preparation
Blend until smooth; add more liquid if needed.
