Amazingly Vibrant Beetroot Ginger and Blueberry Smoothies

Ingredients

  • 2 small bananas
  • 1/3 avocado
  • 1 small beetroot
  • A good inch of ginger
  • 1/3 cup of frozen blueberries
  • 2 heaped tbsp of pumpkin seed & chia protein powder
  • Juice of 1/2 a lime
  • 1 & 1/2 cups of plant based milk

Preparation

  1. Blend until smooth; add more liquid if needed.

  2. Enjoy the vibrant color of the smoothie.
