Ingredients
- 1/2 cup kefir
- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- 1/2 cup coconut yoghurt
- 1 tbsp nut butter (almond and cashew)
Boosters
- 1 tsp maca powder
- 1 tbsp Chia protein powder
- 1 tsp Acai powder
