Incredibly Delicious Vegan Banana Chocolate Chip Muffins
Ingredients
- 1 cup oat flour
- 1 mashed ripe banana
- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 2 tbsp stevia
- 1/4 cup nut butter
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tbsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp vanilla
- Pinch of salt
- As much chocolate as desired (e.g., 1/3 cup vegan chocolate chips and 1/3 cup chopped dark chocolate)
Preparation
Mix the dry ingredients first.
Mix the wet ingredients in a separate bowl.
Combine the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, one cup at a time.
Fold in the chocolate chips.
Bake at 350°F for about 25 minutes and enjoy.
