Double Chocolate Chip Muffins
Ingredients
- 1 ripe banana
- 1/2 cup plant milk
- 1 Tsp vanilla extract
- 3 Tbsp peanut butter
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- a pinch of salt
- 110g spelt flour
- 25g cocoa powder
- 1/2 Tbsp baking powder
- 60g chocolate chips
- 1 Tsp hazelnut butter each
Preparation
Mash the banana
Bake at 175°C/350°F for 20-25 minutes
