Double Chocolate Chip Muffins

Ingredients

  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1/2 cup plant milk
  • 1 Tsp vanilla extract
  • 3 Tbsp peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • a pinch of salt
  • 110g spelt flour
  • 25g cocoa powder
  • 1/2 Tbsp baking powder
  • 60g chocolate chips
  • 1 Tsp hazelnut butter each

Preparation

  1. Mash the banana

  2. Bake at 175°C/350°F for 20-25 minutes
