Savory Creamy Beet Salad Dressing
Ingredients
- Two small beets (mine were steamed)
- 1 garlic clove
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- 1/2 avocado
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
- 1/4 tsp dried thyme
- 1/4 tsp dried dill
- 1/4-1/2 cup filtered water
Preparation
Steam the beets until tender.
Blend all ingredients on high until creamy.
Add more water if desired to adjust consistency.
