Avocado Pumpkin Seed Hummus
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup pre-soaked raw pumpkin seeds
- 1/2 avocado
- 1/4 cup tahini
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 clove garlic
- 1/2 lemon
- Sea salt to taste
- Cumin to taste
- Cayenne pepper to taste
Preparation
Mince the garlic
Juice the half lemon
In a blender or food processor, combine all ingredients and blend until smooth
Adjust seasoning with sea salt, cumin, and cayenne pepper to taste
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator; stir before serving to mix any browning
