Copycat White Bean and Basil Hummus
Ingredients
- 1 Can Cannelini or White Beans, rinsed and drained or 14 oz cooked and cooled white beans
- 3/4 cup fresh basil
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley
- 1 small garlic clove
- juice of 1 lemon
- 2 tbsp tahini
- 1/2 tsp kosher salt
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/4 tsp white pepper
- 1/4 Cup olive oil
Preparation
Place all ingredients in a food processor and puree until smooth.

Tips
For an oil-free option, substitute 1/4 cup tahini for olive oil.
