Vanilla Cinnamon Oatmeal
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1 tbsp ground flaxseeds
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
- 1 Sliced banana
- 1 cup unsweetened soy milk
Preparation
Combine all ingredients in a saucepan
Bring to a simmer and cook for 3-5 minutes to thicken
Serve with any toppings
For me I had 1 kiwi, handful of berries and 2 tbsp of pumpkin seeds
