Vegetarian Salad with Wok Pieces and Greens
Ingredients
- 80 grams of vega wok pieces
- 75 grams of arugula melange
- 100 grams of green beans
- 100 grams of cherry tomatoes
- 50 grams of bean sprouts
- 1/2 red onion
- clove of garlic
- oyster sauce
- ketjap manis
- sambal
- cashewnuts
- sesame seeds (for garnish)
Preparation
Bake everything except the arugula, tomatoes, and cashews in a pan.
Toss all ingredients together in a bowl.
Add sesame seeds for garnish and enjoy.
