Vegetarian Salad with Wok Pieces and Greens

Ingredients

  • 80 grams of vega wok pieces
  • 75 grams of arugula melange
  • 100 grams of green beans
  • 100 grams of cherry tomatoes
  • 50 grams of bean sprouts
  • 1/2 red onion
  • clove of garlic
  • oyster sauce
  • ketjap manis
  • sambal
  • cashewnuts
  • sesame seeds (for garnish)

Preparation

  1. Bake everything except the arugula, tomatoes, and cashews in a pan.

  2. Toss all ingredients together in a bowl.

  3. Add sesame seeds for garnish and enjoy.
