Colorful Buddha Bowl with Tempeh and Tofu Marinade

Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp Thai sauce or oyster sauce
  • 3 tbsp low-sugar soy sauce
  • 1 tsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp spicy chili oil
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 tsp honey
  • Tofu (chopped)
  • Tempeh (chopped)

Preparation

  1. Whip up all ingredients in a bowl.

  2. Add chopped tofu or tempeh bites.

  3. Stir and leave to marinate for at least 1 hour.

  4. Fry on medium heat for 4-6 minutes.
