Colorful Buddha Bowl with Tempeh and Tofu Marinade
Ingredients
- 3 tbsp Thai sauce or oyster sauce
- 3 tbsp low-sugar soy sauce
- 1 tsp balsamic vinegar
- 1/2 tsp spicy chili oil
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 tsp honey
- Tofu (chopped)
- Tempeh (chopped)
Preparation
Whip up all ingredients in a bowl.
Add chopped tofu or tempeh bites.
Stir and leave to marinate for at least 1 hour.
Fry on medium heat for 4-6 minutes.
