Shakshuka with Peppers Onions Beans and Eggs

Ingredients

  • sliced peppers
  • onion
  • mixed Mexican beans in chilli sauce
  • plum tomatoes
  • salt
  • pepper
  • chilli flakes
  • Tabasco sauce
  • egg
  • coriander

Preparation

  1. Fry sliced peppers and onion until softened.

  2. Add mixed Mexican beans in chilli sauce, plum tomatoes, salt, pepper, chilli flakes, and Tabasco sauce.

  3. Heat through for a few minutes.

  4. Add an egg in the middle.

  5. Cover and cook on medium heat until egg white is set.

  6. Top with coriander.
