Vegan Creamy Cheesy Potatoes
Ingredients
- 2 cups potatoes, cut into bite-size pieces
- 1/2 cup of any other root vegetables (optional)
- 1/4 cup creamy vegan milk
- 1/4 cup vegan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon green onions
- 1 tablespoon fresh herbs (optional)
Preparation
Preheat oven to 200 degrees Celsius
Mix everything together and place in a greased baking tray
Bake covered at 200 degrees for 45 minutes then uncovered for 10 minutes
