Brownie Batter Protein Balls
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup @dilettosofoods choco-o-lotta mix
- 3 scoops chocolate protein powder
- 2 tablespoons nut butter
- 1/4 cup milk of choice
- 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips, divided
- 1 tsp coconut oil
- Sprinkles
Preparation
In a food processor, combine the choco-o-lotta mix, protein powder, nut butter, and milk. Pulse until a slightly tacky crumb forms that can be easily rolled into a ball.
Add 1/4 cup of the chocolate chips and pulse until just combined.
Roll the mixture into 10-12 balls and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to firm up.
Melt the remaining 1/4 cup chocolate chips with 1 teaspoon coconut oil.
Dip the balls in the melted chocolate to fully coat them. Cover with sprinkles, and refrigerate until the chocolate hardens.
