Brownie Batter Protein Balls

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup @dilettosofoods choco-o-lotta mix
  • 3 scoops chocolate protein powder
  • 2 tablespoons nut butter
  • 1/4 cup milk of choice
  • 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips, divided
  • 1 tsp coconut oil
  • Sprinkles

Preparation

  1. In a food processor, combine the choco-o-lotta mix, protein powder, nut butter, and milk. Pulse until a slightly tacky crumb forms that can be easily rolled into a ball.

  2. Add 1/4 cup of the chocolate chips and pulse until just combined.

  3. Roll the mixture into 10-12 balls and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to firm up.

  4. Melt the remaining 1/4 cup chocolate chips with 1 teaspoon coconut oil.

  5. Dip the balls in the melted chocolate to fully coat them. Cover with sprinkles, and refrigerate until the chocolate hardens.
