Cool as a Cucumber Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup coconut water
  • 1/2 cup fresh then frozen papaya
  • 1/2 orange
  • 1/2 long seedless cucumber
  • 1 cup frozen spinach
  • 1/2 cup cilantro
  • 2 inches aloe vera
  • 1 small piece of ginger
  • 1 tsp barley grass powder
  • 1 scoop plant protein
  • 1 tsp coconut oil or butter
  • Blueberries
  • 1/2 banana

Preparation

  1. Blend all ingredients until creamy.

  2. Top with blueberries and half a banana.
