Easy Zucchini Chocolate Cookies
Ingredients
- 135 g flour
- 60 g sugar
- 1 pinch salt
- 115 g mixed raw zucchini
- 30 g nut butter or margarine
- 6 g baking powder
- 115 g dark chocolate chips
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
Mix all the ingredients together to form a dough.
Drop spoonfuls of the dough onto a baking sheet.
Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
