Frozen Strawberry Yogurt Gems

Ingredients

  • 150g chocolate, dark, milk, or white
  • 25ml sunflower oil or coconut oil
  • 200g strawberries, diced
  • 150g plain yogurt
  • sprinkles for decoration

Preparation

  1. Melt the chocolate with the oil in a heatproof bowl over simmering water or in the microwave

  2. In a separate bowl, mix the diced strawberries with the plain yogurt

  3. Form the strawberry-yogurt mixture into small balls or gem shapes

  4. Dip each gem into the melted chocolate to coat evenly

  5. Immediately sprinkle decorations on top before the chocolate sets

  6. Place the coated gems on a tray and freeze until solid, about 2-3 hours

  7. Serve chilled as a refreshing treat
