Frozen Strawberry Yogurt Gems
Ingredients
- 150g chocolate (dark, milk, or white)
- 25ml sunflower oil or coconut oil
- 200g strawberries, diced
- 150g plain yogurt
- sprinkles for decoration
Preparation
Melt the chocolate together with the oil in a heatproof bowl over simmering water or in the microwave.
In a separate bowl, mix the diced strawberries with the yogurt to combine.
Spoon or shape the mixture into small bite-sized gems and place them on a lined tray.
Dip each gem into the melted chocolate to coat evenly.
Sprinkle the decorations on top while the chocolate is still wet.
Freeze the gems on the tray until fully set, typically 1-2 hours.
