No-Bake Vegan Berry Nut Bliss Balls
Ingredients
- 10 medjool dates, seeds removed
- 1 cup raw cashews
- 2 cups desiccated coconut
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- A pinch of salt
- Freeze-dried raspberry (for coating)
Preparation
Blend the dates, cashews, coconut, vanilla extract, and salt together until a sticky mixture forms
Roll the mixture into small balls
Coat the balls in crushed freeze-dried raspberries
Chill in the refrigerator until firm, if desired
