Simple Vegan Oatmeal Cookies

Ingredients

  • 2 bananas
  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup almond butter
  • 2 tbsp vegan chocolate chips
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup (optional)

Preparation

  1. Blend rolled oats in blender to make flour

  2. Mash bananas in bowl

  3. Add all ingredients other than the chocolate chips together in bowl and mix

  4. Roll into balls and flatten onto tray

  5. Add vegan chocolate chips

  6. Bake at 350F for about 6-8 minutes

Tips

  1. Add any nut butter of choice

  2. Store in fridge

  3. You can add more chocolate chips for more sweetness by mixing it in with the batter, or adding on top as seen in video

  4. To keep batter from sticking to hands when forming cookie shape: wet hands with a little water or rub hands with a little oil
