Vegan Cashew Cream Cheese
Ingredients
- 100g cashews
- 2 tbsp soy yogurt
- fresh herbs
- 1 clove of garlic (optional)
- 1-2 tbsp nutritional yeast
- salt & pepper
Preparation
Soak cashews overnight or in hot water for 15-30 minutes.
Chop fresh herbs such as chives or parsley.
Blend all ingredients except the herbs.
Add herbs to the cream cheese, mix and enjoy.
Notes
This is a healthier and tasty alternative to traditional cream cheese.
