Vegan Cashew Cream Cheese

Ingredients

  • 100g cashews
  • 2 tbsp soy yogurt
  • fresh herbs
  • 1 clove of garlic (optional)
  • 1-2 tbsp nutritional yeast
  • salt & pepper

Preparation

  1. Soak cashews overnight or in hot water for 15-30 minutes.

  2. Chop fresh herbs such as chives or parsley.

  3. Blend all ingredients except the herbs.

  4. Add herbs to the cream cheese, mix and enjoy.

  1. This is a healthier and tasty alternative to traditional cream cheese.
