Easy Miso Ramen Soup with Kale
Ingredients
- fresh artisanal ramen noodles
- 3/4 cup warm water
- 1/4 cup miso paste
- sprinkle of turmeric
- red pepper flakes
- chopped kale
Preparation
Heat the water in a pot until warm
Dissolve the miso paste in the warm water
Add turmeric, red pepper flakes, and chopped kale to the pot
Simmer the mixture until the kale is tender, about 5-10 minutes
Cook the ramen noodles separately according to package instructions
Combine the cooked noodles with the soup and serve immediately
