Easy Miso Ramen Soup with Kale

Ingredients

  • fresh artisanal ramen noodles
  • 3/4 cup warm water
  • 1/4 cup miso paste
  • sprinkle of turmeric
  • red pepper flakes
  • chopped kale

Preparation

  1. Heat the water in a pot until warm

  2. Dissolve the miso paste in the warm water

  3. Add turmeric, red pepper flakes, and chopped kale to the pot
