Almond Chia Seed Parfait with Heart Shaped Kiwi
Ingredients
- 3 Tbsp white chia seeds
- 1/2 tsp pure almond extract
- 1 Tbsp pure dark maple syrup
- 1 1/4 cups almond milk
Garnish
- Kiwi
- Coconut whipped cream
Preparation
Place all ingredients into a jar and cover with lid.
Shake well to blend and refrigerate for 10 minutes.
Shake again to blend any settled seeds.
Allow to rest for at least 30 minutes or overnight.
Garnish
Cut heart-shaped kiwi and press on the inside sides of the jar.
Slowly fill with chia pudding without disturbing the kiwi hearts.
Top with coconut whipped cream.
