Chocolate Overnight Oats with Avocado Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
  • 60g oats
  • almond milk
  • 1/2 mashed banana
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • cacao powder

Topping

  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1/2 banana
  • some frozen cauliflower
  • almond milk
  • 1 tbsp agave nectar
  • 1/2 tbsp alkalising greens powder

Preparation

  1. Combine all oats base ingredients in a container and mix well.

  2. Refrigerate the mixture overnight to allow the oats to soften.

  3. Blend all topping ingredients until smooth and creamy.

  4. Remove oats from the fridge, top with the blended smoothie mixture, and serve immediately.
