Creamy Vegan Garlic Pasta with Roasted Tomatoes

Ingredients

  • Pasta of your choice
  • Vegan creme fraiche
  • Garlic
  • Shallots
  • Sea salt
  • Pepper
  • Nutritional yeast
  • Grape tomatoes
  • Olive oil
  • Fresh basil (optional)
  • Vegan parmesan cheese (optional)

Preparation

  1. Bring a large pot of water to boil and cook pasta.

  2. Cut the tomatoes small and let them simmer in a pan, add some olive oil, garlic, and shallot.
