Delicious Homemade Veggie Fries and Chips
Ingredients
- Japanese sweet potatoes
- coconut oil
- sea salt
- pepper
- turmeric
- jicama
- 1 tablespoon tahini
- beets
- avocado oil
Preparation
Slice Japanese sweet potatoes and toss with coconut oil, sea salt, pepper, and turmeric.
Slice jicama and toss with sea salt, avocado oil, and 1 tablespoon tahini.
Slice beets and spray with avocado oil and sea salt.
Roast all at 375 degrees for 30 minutes.
