Delicious Homemade Veggie Fries and Chips

Ingredients

  • Japanese sweet potatoes
  • coconut oil
  • sea salt
  • pepper
  • turmeric
  • jicama
  • 1 tablespoon tahini
  • beets
  • avocado oil

Preparation

  1. Slice Japanese sweet potatoes and toss with coconut oil, sea salt, pepper, and turmeric.

  2. Slice jicama and toss with sea salt, avocado oil, and 1 tablespoon tahini.

  3. Slice beets and spray with avocado oil and sea salt.

  4. Roast all at 375 degrees for 30 minutes.
