Easy Mini Banana Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 banana
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 scoop protein (optional)
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking powder (optional)

Preparation

  1. Mash the banana

  2. Whisk the eggs

  3. Mix all the ingredients together and leave the bananas a little lumpy to help hold the pancakes together.

  4. Cook in a skillet for 3-4 minutes on one side and 1-2 minutes on the other.
