Easy Vegetable Lo Mein Stir-Fry
Ingredients
- Cooking spray
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon minced ginger
- 1 cup frozen vegetables
- 1 pound chopped baby bok choy
- 1 to 1.5 cups thin spaghetti
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1/4 teaspoon white pepper
Preparation
Heat a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat and lightly coat with cooking spray.
Add 1 tablespoon of minced garlic and 1 tablespoon of minced ginger. Stir in 1 cup frozen vegetables and 1 pound chopped baby bok choy; stir frequently.
Add the thin spaghetti, 1 tablespoon soy sauce, 1 teaspoon sesame oil, and 1/4 teaspoon white pepper.
Toss the mixture for about 3 minutes until ingredients are evenly distributed.
