Ingredients

  • Butter lettuce
  • Field lettuce
  • Cucumber
  • Plum tomato
  • Red onion
  • Avocado
  • Irish sea moss dressing
  • Nori flakes
  • Dulse flakes
  • Wakame flakes
  • Chickpeas

Chickpea seasoning

  • Grapeseed oil
  • Onion powder
  • Dried oregano
  • Dried basil
  • Dried thyme
  • Cayenne pepper

Preparation

  1. Season the chickpeas with grapeseed oil, onion powder, dried oregano, dried basil, dried thyme, and cayenne pepper.

  2. Air-fry the seasoned chickpeas at 180°C for 8-10 minutes.

  3. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and toss to mix.
