Little Quinoa Lentil Fritters

Ingredients

  • 1 cup mint leaves
  • 1 cup parsley leaves and some stems
  • 1 cup cilantro leaves and some stems
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp coriander
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • zest and juice of one large lemon

Preparation

  1. Add all the things to a blender and combine
