Little Quinoa Lentil Fritters
Ingredients
- 1 cup mint leaves
- 1 cup parsley leaves and some stems
- 1 cup cilantro leaves and some stems
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp coriander
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- zest and juice of one large lemon
Preparation
Add all the things to a blender and combine
