Mediterranean One Pan Fish Dinner
Ingredients
- haddock
- artichoke hearts
- tomatoes
- olives
- seasoning salt
- olive oil
- lemon
- butter
- white wine
- garlic
- shallot
- parsley
- dill
Preparation
Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
Add garlic and shallot; sauté until fragrant.
Stir in tomatoes, artichoke hearts, and olives.
Season with seasoning salt.
Place haddock on top and cook until the fish is opaque and flakes easily.
Pour in white wine and squeeze lemon juice over the dish.
Add butter to create a sauce, then sprinkle with parsley and dill before serving.
