Quick Feta Dip and Salad

Ingredients

Salad

  • cucumbers
  • tomatoes
  • peppers
  • red onions
  • parsley
  • olives (optional)
  • salt
  • pepper
  • vinegar
  • olive oil

Dip

  • one feta cheese
  • one small container Greek yogurt
  • half a container cream cheese
  • 1-2 garlic cloves
  • some salt
  • some olive oil
  • juice of one lemon
  • parsley

Preparation

  1. Combine cucumbers, tomatoes, peppers, red onions, and parsley for the salad.

  2. Season the salad with salt, pepper, vinegar, and olive oil.

  3. Mix together feta cheese, Greek yogurt, cream cheese, garlic, salt, olive oil, lemon juice, and parsley for the dip.

  4. Serve the dip and salad with pita or pide bread or as side dishes for grilling.

  1. This is ideal for summer barbecues and pairs well with fresh bread.
