Grilled Peach Salad with Balsamic Dressing

Ingredients

  • 1 cup mixed greens
  • 2 peaches
  • 4 slices serrano ham
  • 4 buffalo mozzarella balls
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • Cashews

Dressing

  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon mustard seeds
  • Salt and pepper

Preparation

  1. Cut the peach into pieces, apply honey, and grill or pan-fry until browned.

  2. In a bowl, place the mixed greens, serrano ham, buffalo mozzarella, and the browned peaches.

  3. For the dressing, combine olive oil, balsamic vinegar, honey, and mustard seeds, and mix well.

  4. Add the dressing to the salad and finish with crushed cashews.

  5. Serve and enjoy.
