Simple Vegan Caprese Salad
Ingredients
- Large heirloom tomato
- 1/2 package Miyoko's Creamery mozzarella
- Basil leaves
- Micro greens
- Olive oil
- Balsamic vinegar
- Salt
- Pepper
Preparation
Arrange the slices of tomato and mozzarella on a plate
Tuck basil leaves between each slice
Season with salt and pepper and drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar
