Pan Fried Sea Bass with Lemon Caper Sauce

Ingredients

  • 2 Large sea bass fillets
  • 3 tbsp. Flora Buttery
  • 1 tbsp capers
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley
  • 1 garlic clove
  • half a lemon

Preparation

  1. Have all ingredients ready, pat dry the fish with paper towel on both sides, and score the skins.

  2. Melt a teaspoon of Flora Buttery in a large frying pan and lay the fish skin side down.

  3. Cook for a minute or so, then flip over and cook for about a minute.

  4. Remove the fish from the pan.

  5. Add more Flora Buttery, along with the capers and smashed garlic clove, and let it sizzle for a minute or so before removing from heat and stirring through the herbs and lemon juice.

  6. Season to taste and serve on top of the fish
