Pan Fried Sea Bass with Lemon Caper Sauce
Ingredients
- 2 Large sea bass fillets
- 3 tbsp. Flora Buttery
- 1 tbsp capers
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley
- 1 garlic clove
- half a lemon
Preparation
Have all ingredients ready, pat dry the fish with paper towel on both sides, and score the skins.
Melt a teaspoon of Flora Buttery in a large frying pan and lay the fish skin side down.
Cook for a minute or so, then flip over and cook for about a minute.
Remove the fish from the pan.
Add more Flora Buttery, along with the capers and smashed garlic clove, and let it sizzle for a minute or so before removing from heat and stirring through the herbs and lemon juice.
Season to taste and serve on top of the fish
