Homemade Vegan Tzatziki Dip
Ingredients
- 1 cucumber
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 400g vegan yogurt
- 2 tablespoons chopped mint
- 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
- juice of 1/2 lemon
- salt and pepper to taste
- olive oil, for drizzling
Preparation
Grate the cucumber and squeeze out all the water.
Mix all the ingredients together.
Enjoy the dip.
