Ingredients

  • 2 tsp naturally sweet jam
  • Fresh Fruit
  • 5-7 Almonds
  • 5-7 Cashews

Optional add-ins

  • chia seed
  • flax seed
  • hemp seed
  • nut butter
  • fresh mint

Preparation
