Raw Cardamom Granola with Nuts and Dates

Ingredients

  • 50 g almonds
  • 50 g hazelnuts
  • 1 tsp cardamom
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil, cold pressed
  • 5 big soft dates, pitted
  • 30 g sunflower seeds
  • 25 g rolled oats

Preparation

  1. Add all the ingredients for the granola in a blender or food processor, pulse a few times until you have the texture you wish for. Fill in a jar with lid.

  2. This granola is very delicious with plant based yogurt and berries, also on porridge, as a base for cakes or as energy balls!
