Ingredients

  • 6 thickly cut slices of tougher bread

Preparation

  1. Mix flaxseed meal, non-dairy milk, cinnamon, nutmeg, vanilla extract, and salt in a bowl to create the batter

  2. Dip each slice of bread into the batter, ensuring both sides are coated

  3. Heat a skillet or griddle over medium heat and cook the bread slices until golden brown on both sides
