Ingredients

- 1 cup of non dairy milk
- 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon of nutmeg
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
- 6 thickly cut slices of tougher bread
Preparation
Mix flaxseed meal, non-dairy milk, cinnamon, nutmeg, vanilla extract, and salt in a bowl to create the batter
Dip each slice of bread into the batter, ensuring both sides are coated
Heat a skillet or griddle over medium heat and cook the bread slices until golden brown on both sides
