Easy Vegan French Toast

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon of flaxseed meal
  • 1 cup of non dairy milk
  • 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon of nutmeg
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt
  • 6 thickly cut slices of tougher bread

Preparation

  1. Mix all ingredients except the bread in a bowl to create a batter

  2. Dip each bread slice into the batter, coating both sides evenly

  3. Cook the dipped bread on a greased skillet over medium heat until golden brown on both sides
