Strawberry Banana Chia Fruit Roll-Ups

Ingredients

  • 2 bananas
  • 1 cup strawberries, chopped
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds

Preparation

  1. Add bananas, strawberries and lemon juice to a blender and blend on high until smooth.

  2. Pulse in chia seeds until incorporated.

  3. Pour onto a parchment lined baking sheet and spread evenly using a spatula.

  4. Gently tap and shake out any air bubbles.

  5. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees F for 3.5-4 hours until no longer sticky and peels away from parchment paper.

  6. Cool, cut into strips.
