Strawberry Banana Chia Fruit Roll-Ups
Ingredients
- 2 bananas
- 1 cup strawberries, chopped
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
Preparation
Add bananas, strawberries and lemon juice to a blender and blend on high until smooth.
Pulse in chia seeds until incorporated.
Pour onto a parchment lined baking sheet and spread evenly using a spatula.
Gently tap and shake out any air bubbles.
Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees F for 3.5-4 hours until no longer sticky and peels away from parchment paper.
Cool, cut into strips.
