Sundried Tomato Hummus
Ingredients
- 260g chickpeas
- 140g sundried tomatoes
- 1 to 2 cloves garlic
- 1 tablespoon tahini
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 tablespoons oil from sundried tomatoes
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon Okami bio Super Antiox blend
- Salt, pepper, paprika to taste
Preparation
Mix all ingredients in a blender
Taste and adjust the seasoning if necessary
If the texture is too thick, add olive oil
