Sundried Tomato Hummus

Ingredients

  • 260g chickpeas
  • 140g sundried tomatoes
  • 1 to 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 tablespoon tahini
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons oil from sundried tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon Okami bio Super Antiox blend
  • Salt, pepper, paprika to taste

Preparation

  1. Mix all ingredients in a blender

  2. Taste and adjust the seasoning if necessary

  3. If the texture is too thick, add olive oil
