Vegan Soy Curl Taco Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1 cup dry soy curls
  • 1 tablespoon Orrington Farms vegan beef bouillon
  • 1 tablespoon dark soy sauce
  • 2 cups hot water

Preparation

  1. Stir and let soak for 10-15 minutes.

  2. Drain in a colander and press out liquid using a spoon, bowl, or hand.

  3. Transfer to a hot and oil-free pan.

  4. Cook for 10 minutes to remove excess moisture.

  5. Season with taco seasoning and a little water to help it stick, or experiment with other seasonings.
