Vegan Soy Curl Taco Bowl
Ingredients
- 1 cup dry soy curls
- 1 tablespoon Orrington Farms vegan beef bouillon
- 1 tablespoon dark soy sauce
- 2 cups hot water
Preparation
Stir and let soak for 10-15 minutes.
Drain in a colander and press out liquid using a spoon, bowl, or hand.
Transfer to a hot and oil-free pan.
Cook for 10 minutes to remove excess moisture.
Season with taco seasoning and a little water to help it stick, or experiment with other seasonings.

Season the soaking water for enhanced flavor.
Pan cook in an oil-free pan to reduce moisture and improve texture.
