Vegan Chocolate Doughnuts with Wholemeal Flour
Ingredients
- 300ml soya milk
- 2 tsp cider vinegar
- 200g sugar
- 100ml oil
- 50g cocoa powder
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract
- 300g wholemeal self raising flour
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
Preparation
This recipe makes 12 doughnuts and 5 cupcakes if using 12 doughnut moulds.
Using wholemeal flour adds fibre to the doughnuts.
Mix the milk and vinegar together.
Add in the oil, sugar and vanilla and mix well.
Add the flour and chia seeds and mix again.
Spoon into well greased moulds or cupcake cases.
Bake at 180C for 10-15 mins.
