Crispy Baked Smashed Potatoes
Ingredients
- 1 kg small potatoes
- Olive oil
- Sea salt

Preparation
Bring water to a boil, add the cleaned potatoes and cook them for about 25-30 minutes until they are soft, using a knife or fork test.
Preheat the oven to 220 degrees Celsius, place the cooked potatoes on a baking tray, smash them with a potato masher or a bowl, drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with sea salt, and bake for about 30 minutes until crispy and lightly browned.
Place the potatoes on a plate and top with desired toppings, such as vegan pesto and parsley.
